My 1700 image project for the World of Sports

Since 2000 I’ve been creating images that trace the development of the Game, be it football, baseball or hockey, through torso images of uniforms and the stadiums, fields, ballparks and arenas the teams play in.

The over 1700 images created by me since 2000 make up a huge part of my portfolio. Most of the images are in use in various products which retail across North America. Occasionally the plaqued posters show up in surprising ways. For instance in the background of a bar scene in a sports themed movie, an estate sale or decorating a lavish home in cottage country.

The torsos try to convey that an actual person is inside the equipment. This is especially important with football images. In football, the players physically vary enormously depending on their position.
