Learn to create pictures of subjects you love. Be inspired, invigorated, encouraged while working with a group of fellow adult artists with guidance by one of Toronto’s most experienced adult visual arts instructors.
Riverdale Farm is Toronto’s city farm in Cabbagetown. We use the plants, buildings and animals for inspiration. Each class incorporates at least 45 minutes of field sketching, weather permitting. Adults, Tuesday afternoons 12:30 to 3 pm 19+
The Stan Wadlow Clubhouse , Toronto’s original purpose built community use arts studio space, is just a few blocks from Woodbine Subway Station with three TTC bus routes at the corner plus free parking.
Make your better pictures with watercolour. The program is self-directed by subject, you create pictures you like. Support and instruction on “How” to make your picture better not “What” it is. Adults, Wednesday mornings, 9:30 to noon, 12 weeks 19+
Drawing is your mind telling your hand what to do. It’s simple, portable, fun. Learn accurate picture making skills to make all your pictures better, whether you work in an abstract, interpretive or representational style. Instruction focuses on pencil or wax pencil crayons. Support and instruction on “How” to make your picture better not “What” it is. Adults, Wednesday afternoons 12:30 to 3pm 19+
